At Path of Life Counseling, we believe that we are designed by God, to love God and to love other people. We are under no illusion that this is an easy journey. Rather, in a broken and fallen world, this can be excruciatingly difficult. It is normal to be confused, frustrated and even exhausted by personal experiences, especially the painful ones. It is our hope as Clinicians, to create a secure and nonjudgmental space for you to explore your story, your unique Path of Life. While we see clients from a variety of faith backgrounds, and while there is no expectation that clients hold our faith orientation, one of the things that sets apart Path of Life is our openness to include faith-based topics into therapy if a client so chooses. We welcome your individual stories and will base your treatment goals around what is important to you. Our Clinicians are trained in research based therapeutic interventions. We are not a "one size fits all" practice, but rather work to use varying theoretical models based on our clients' needs and our personal levels of training. At Path of Life Counseling, we are honest about the issues we are equipped to support and honest about the issues that would be better suited for another therapist.
